Triple M Terms and Conditions

To qualify for sales credit, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. The purchase of your new Triple M home must occur between March 1^st and May 31^st and be ordered for delivery prior to August 15^th, 2010.
2. New home orders must be received by Triple M Housing Ltd prior to close of each deadline.  All options colour and décor must be fully specified.
3. Any change to floorplans, options, colour or décor requested after March 28^th, May 2^nd and May 31^st may at Triple M’s discretion void the corresponding sales credit.
4. There is no cash equivalent for a sales credit.
5. The sales credit offer does not apply to the purchase of Mountain Series homes.
6. The credit voucher must be submitted with the order and will not be accepted after the home is built.
7. Contract products and Commercial buildings are excluded from this offer.
8. All homes are for immediate production.
9. Triple M payment terms apply.  All homes must be paid for within 7 days of being produced.
